Carbon Compaction System

The CCS is a system where the tubes are molded before the carbon strands are wound around them to make sure each tube can take on any shape it needs to while maintaining its strength and stiffness. The CCS was created in order to make sure there were no internal voids and the carbon was substantially stronger. The CCS greatly increased by strength to weight ratio which provides for a better riding experience. Niner's CCS technology has been refined over time based on feedback from their sponsored athletes, dealers, and consumers. It is designed so that each tube takes the shape it needs to give its intended application.

Niner Bikes has partnered up with other industry leaders who bring a vast amount of knowledge and experience to this company. The first collaboration Niner entered was the Push industries suspension fork design, where Chris Sugai worked to make sure the performance and reliability of this fork were stellar.

Touring Bikes- The AIR 9+ features Niner's proven BioCentric II design and flat mount disc brakes.
