AURUM A1

The AURUM A1 is a well designed bike which has been used for racing in the World Cup and has many features to give the cyclist an edge over other cyclists. The bicycle has been developed after collaborating with the factory racing division at Norco and is specially designed for downhill (DH) racing. The bicycle is available in 27.5″ inch size, which 4 different versions small (S), medium (M), large (L) and extra large(XL) to suit cyclists of differing heights. The bicycle is available in a blood or candy apple red color.

The frame of the bicycle is made from 6060-T6 aluminum for greater reliability, strength and to keep the weight low. The gravity tune design ensure that the lengths of the rear center which increase in direct proportion to the front center. This ensures that the body position and weight distribution for the cyclist is optimized, for better control and handling of the bike. Armour, fender and shuttle guards are provided for the bike frame, stops for fork bumps are integrated, to protect the bike and its rider from any mishaps due to riding at a high speed, getting off suddenly. The wheels are of size 27.5″ for greater strength. For reliability and better performance, the bike has a Shimano Zee 10 speed downhill drive train and SRAM hydraulic brakes.
