HyperScrambler 2 has a range of 100+ miles
The HyperScrambler 2 is a fat tire 1000w electric bike which can be used for travelling long distances of more than 100 miles since it can have two batteries at a time. It is suitable for those who want to have a passenger with them while going on long rides. The bike is available in three different colors red, grey and black. While ordering the bike, the customer can specify the number of batteries he wants. United states customer support is provided during the warranty period of one year.
Designed to last with adjustable seating
Aluminum which has been heat treated for greater strength is used for making the bike frame, keeping the weight low. The bike has a long padded rear seat, so that the user can carry a passenger with him if he wishes. The rider can also adjust his position on the seat for great comfort. The fork has a hydraulic lockout with triple clamps for greater safety. The platform pedals have integrated sensors for adjusting the speed quickly. The bike is suitable for riders of height 5 feet, 7 inches and above . The bike is designed to carry a total weight of 275 lbs . The weight of the bike without batteries is 96 lbs and with batteries, it will weigh 119 lbs.
Dual battery allows for extended range
For maximum power when used on all terrains, and a speed of 30 mph+ the bike has a custom designed high power Bafang motor, retroblade type rated at 1000 watt. The motor can be used with one or two batteries depending on the distance the user wishes to travel without recharge. Each of the batteries is rated at 19.2 Ah, 52 Volt, for a maximum range of more than 100 miles if both the batteries are used together and fully charged. In real life, it is observed that the mileage will vary depending on the mode which is selected, passenger weight, terrain and other factors. If the user is feeling tired, he/she can use the sports, racer mode, where battery power consumption is the highest, and if one wishes to exercise, they can opt for the pedal or eco mode, to make the battery last for a longer period of time. The LCD display provides information on the speed , other bike parameters and also allows the user to change the bike mode. The twist throttle allows the user to increase or decrease speed. For illumination when dark, the extremely bright headlight is provided in front, and rear LED light is also provided for illumination
With two 52V/19.2Ah batteries, the total watt hour capacity on the HyperScrambler 2 is nearly 2,000!
Quick & easy shift changes
The bike allows smooth speed change with the Shimano Microshift 8-speed cassette transmission. It also has hydraulic Tektro disc brakes to halt the bike fast and safely. Rearview mirrors are provided on the bike for safety. A loud horn and turning indicators are also provided on the bike. The mag wheels used are custom cast aluminum wheels. To reduce repairs, the 20″X4.25″ tires are puncture resistant.
