Norco SIGHT VLT C2 27.5

The Norco SIGHT VLT C2 27.5 mountain bike is the affordable carbon electric bike from Norco which has been specially designed for climbing and descending steep mountains and other terrains. The bike wheel size is 27.5″ making it suitable for those who want a more compact bike which they can easily handle. The bike geometry and suspension kinematics are designed after extensively research and components chosen for optimum performance. The frame of the bike is made from carbon to keep the bike weight low. The 800 mm handlebar is made by Norco from 6061 grade aluminum for strength. The Rockshox Lyrix Select Fork and Deluxe select rear shock are both compatible with the electric bike design. The Dropper post TranzX YSP-23JL allows the user to easily adjust seat height based on whether he is climbing or descending. The Rear derailleur, Chain, rear shifter and other components of the drive train are SRAM NX Eagle , 12 speed. The front and rear brakes for the bike are hydraulic 4 piston RE4 SRAM Guide type. Ergon grips and saddle are used for greater comfort

To make it easy and comfortable to climb steep surfaces, the mountain bike has a Shimano STEPS motor E-8000 to provide power assistance to the cyclist when required. The cyclist can easily switch between the boost mode for maximum pedal assist , trail for some assistance and eco mode if no power is required. The mode, speed and other parameters are visible on the display which is fitted on the handle bar. The motor is powered by a in-tube battery pack rated at 630 Wh. The charging port is covered, and the battery can be charged in 4.5 hours. Maxxis Minion tires suitable for downhill riding are used for both wheels.
